Mahajan Imaging and Neuberg Diagnostics Join Forces to Expand Healthcare Services Across North India

Mahajan Imaging & Labs and Neuberg Diagnostics have entered into a strategic joint venture to expand pathology, genomics and wellness diagnostic services across North India. The partnership aims to combine the strengths of both healthcare companies and make a wider range of diagnostic services available across the region.

Under the partnership, Mahajan Imaging & Labs will become the exclusive partner of Neuberg Diagnostics across seven North Indian states. It will also take over Neuberg’s existing laboratory operations in Noida, Lucknow and Jammu. The new venture will be led by Kabir Mahajan as Chief Executive Officer.

The two companies bring different areas of expertise to the partnership. Mahajan Imaging & Labs has experience in radiology, nuclear medicine, PET-CT and advanced diagnostic services, while Neuberg Diagnostics brings expertise in pathology, genomics, laboratory services and digital infrastructure. Combining these services could allow patients to access different types of diagnostic tests through a more connected healthcare network.
